The Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (CSEAP) will host a pop-up clinic in Pueblo, Colorado! A mental health counselor will provide in-person counseling to interested employees on April 11, 2023 and April 12, 2023. Additional in-person pop-ups will be available in Pueblo on a quarterly basis. Based upon interest from employees, CSEAP will consider providing a permanent quarterly opportunity for employees to meet in-person with a CSEAP counselor in Pueblo.
If you’d like an in-person appointment with our Pueblo clinician, complete our appointment request form and choose the Pueblo date that works best for you. After submitting your request, CSEAP will contact you to complete the intake process. At that time, we’ll share the location of the temporary CSEAP counseling clinic. The space will be private and CSEAP will maintain our typical commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Employees can follow-up with the pop-up counselor (or a different counselor) by video or phone following their in-person Pueblo appointment.
