Cigna, in partnership with CSEAP and the state Employee Benefits Unit, provides Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Certification Courses available at no cost to State employees. You do not need to be a Cigna member plan to participate. We currently have no courses scheduled - please check the CSEAP site regularly for a listing of upcoming MHFA training dates.

In collaboration with the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), a non-profit focused on ending "financial illiteracy across America," CSEAP publicizes free financial wellbeing webinars open to all state employees. The webinars, covering a range of topics, are provided by various Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA) volunteer speakers who are licensed in their areas of professional expertise. Presentation topics include financial basics, social security, tax considerations, planning for retirement, and estate planning.
