Employee Growth and Learning Opportunities

Join the CSEAP team for upcoming opportunities focused on personal and professional development. CSEAP hosts webinars on specialized topics and works with partner vendors and providers to offer information to support your wellbeing. In addition, we’re now providing cohort experiences that aim to connect employees and support their journeys in personal and professional growth.

Upcoming CSEAP Webinars & Programs

Developed by Abbie Beacham, PhD and Jenny Reese, MD, the Flourish Resiliency curriculum seeks to help participants understand and apply the PERMAH Model of Wellbeing. Employees will develop understanding of general wellbeing, learn strategies for cultivating positive emotion, and discuss practical application of mindfulness. This program is not a support group but does include interactive discussion intended to help participants develop awareness and understanding of their wellbeing.

Upcoming Offerings of Flourish will be updated in December.

Join in with other State managers, supervisors, and leaders to engage as a cohort in discussion and application of emotional intelligence concepts. Cohort members will engage in the ESCI assessment (approximately $250 per person), engage in an initial individual coaching session for interpretation of the ESCI, and participate in group coaching sessions. Cohort members will have access to 3 individual coaching sessions with a trained Emotional Intelligence Coach. The cohort registration window opens in March 2022. Please note that CSEAP will continue to engage agency teams (of 5 or more employees on a team) interested in participating in EI together as a group but will no longer process periodic individual requests for Emotional Intelligence coaching after October 31, 2021.
