Join in with other State managers, supervisors, and leaders to engage as a cohort in discussion and application of emotional intelligence concepts. Cohort members will engage in the ESCI assessment (approximately $250 per person), engage in an initial individual coaching session for interpretation of the ESCI, and participate in group coaching sessions. Cohort members will have access to 3 individual coaching sessions with a trained Emotional Intelligence Coach. The cohort registration window opens in March 2022. Please note that CSEAP will continue to engage agency teams (of 5 or more employees on a team) interested in participating in EI together as a group but will no longer process periodic individual requests for Emotional Intelligence coaching after October 31, 2021.
