Join in with other State managers, supervisors, and leaders to engage as a cohort in discussion and application of emotional intelligence concepts. Cohort members will engage in the ESCI assessment (approximately $250 per person), engage in an initial individual coaching session for interpretation of the ESCI, and participate in group coaching sessions. Cohort members will have access to 3 individual coaching sessions with a trained Emotional Intelligence Coach. The cohort registration window opens in March 2022. Please note that CSEAP will continue to engage agency teams (of 5 or more employees on a team) interested in participating in EI together as a group but will no longer process periodic individual requests for Emotional Intelligence coaching after October 31, 2021. In collaboration with the Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), a non-profit focused on ending "financial illiteracy across America," CSEAP publicizes free financial wellbeing webinars open to all state employees. The webinars, covering a range of topics, are provided by various Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA) volunteer speakers who are licensed in their areas of professional expertise. Presentation topics include financial basics, social security, tax considerations, planning for retirement, and estate planning.

Please note that CSEAP collaborates with SOFA by publicizing various free webinars as a courtesy service to state employees. The advice and information provided by SOFA or any SOFA-affiliated speaker is not reviewed, endorsed, nor recommended by CSEAP or by the State of Colorado as your employer.
