William Bridges' Transitions Model is a framework that can help us navigate this sea of uncertainty and helps us with the internal process around change. The model identifies the three stages of change that individuals and teams experience during the process: Ending What Currently Is, The Neutral Zone, and the New Beginning. Join us as we discuss what these three stages look like and how we move through them into new ways of being.
